Dynamic RDL - this is one of my favorite warm ups because its not an extremely heavy weight for me, but moving the weight along multiple planes while holding that bottom position creates a great stimulus for the glutes, hamstrings and core. 2. KB Swing - great for power & explosiveness through the hinge movement. Now the KB swing doesn’t have to be a strictly hinge movement, but when does this way it is a great way to build power in the hip flexors, glutes and hamstrings. 3. The Kickstand RDL - my favorite unilateral variation to reduce the bilateral deficit between your dominant and non-dominant leg. The back leg is just there as support for stability and if done properly can create help build glute, hamstring, hip flexor and core strength. #athletesoftiktok #DoritosDareToBeBurned #athletecheck #Fitness #strength less
