My eyes always looked so sad 😭 I went through a period where I gained a ton of weight due to "mental health" meds and let myself go because I was struggling so hard to just exist. I'm still on a not so pretty journey of recovery from traumas but the first step to getting there has been therapy where I learned I needed to remove the things and people that got me in the bad place to progress. That's been a 10 year process by itself. Change takes time. Recovery takes time. Be kind to yourself.
