The fabric was in a pack of other materials, all looked straight out of the 60s and 70s, so while I can't say for sure it's vintage, it's my best guess! I'm saving the other fabrics in that pack for a patchwork or quilt style wizard hood 😉 The wire wrapped crystals I found at the same location (maybe this is odd to say, but I go to this place because all the elderly in the community donate here instead of other thrift shops, so I find a lot of vintage materials) I actually started this along with another *secret* wizard hood, back in June!
