Our flight was at 8:40pm. They have delay the flight cause of snow. Then they delayed some more saying they need to refuel. After hours of delays they finally let us board the plane at 5:20am. Within those times the airport don't have food or drink station open. The airport was closed. Only Dunkin' Donuts was open but sold out of food cold and hot. After sitting in the plane for over 4+ hours for them to de ice the plane they come to a conclusion that the flight will have to be cancelled. Everyone left the plane to get in line for transfer or to reschedule flight and that's when all hell broke loose. As you can see in the video there's over 2000+ people from other flights also that got canceled. We've waiting in line for almost 8 hours before I got to the front. I was on the phone with the travel agent for 3+ hours. At this point people starting to yell for help and for food and water for the old and the kids. After hours of asking for help no help came. No supervisor. No extra workers to help speed the process. A lady threw a Tea bottle at the clerk and sat on top of the counter for over 3 hours and the police did nothing. The medical team came and did nothing. After we got our new flight we was told to go through another transfer to get our boarding pass since the ticket was just for isn't an official ticket. Now we are at another line which is 2x longer then the 1 before. We was giving vouchers worth 20k won which is $14.07 per passenger to buy food which doesn't even work at some location at the airport. At least in this line we can go look for food and water while the airport is still open. We've waited 8 hours to get to the front of the line. I got my family a hotel room inside the airport so they can shower and sleep on a bed over night. While waiting in line we learned that our flight at 8pm same day has been canceled again and will be move to 7am next day.
