The name gives it all away, we are tighten and toning our core while growing our glutes. Grab a heavy (15-20lb) pair of dumbbells and lighter pair (5-10lbs) to get started… 1. Bridge dogs x 10 per side (warm up) 2. Squats x 20 (use heavy dumbbells) 3. RDL’s x 15 (use heavy dumbbells) 4. Bridge x 20 (use 1 heavy dumbbell on your hips!) 5. SL bridge x 10 (hold onto the light dumbbells) 6. SL leg lifts x 10 (hold onto the light dumbbells) Complete 2 sets of bird dogs per side before getting started with this workout.
