I love the w… more Grow your glutes & tighten your waist with this Pilates workout! As a Pilates instructor, these are some of my favorite exercises to add to class. I love the way these target different muscle groups in your glutes & core for the perfect workout. Option to grab a pair of dumbbells (10-15lbs) and use them for the lunges and glute bridges. Otherwise, body weight works just fine! 1. Reverse lunges x 15 per leg 2. Leg lifts x 15 per leg 3. Glute bridge x 20 + pulses 4. Single leg glute bridge x 15 per leg Complete 2-3 sets of each exercise before moving onto the next. For glute bridges, after you’ve completed 20 reps hold your hips high. Begin to pulse it out for another 20 reps! This burns but it’s sooo worth the results. 🍑 #pilatesbeginnerwork #pilatesworkout #pilatesforbeginners #lemon8 less
