Here are 4 of my favorite exercises that have taken my glutes from flat to phat 😂🍑⬇️ 1. Step-ups I love this machine but if your gym doesn’t have one like this feel free to use a block and dumbbells. 2. Glute bridge Unlike a hip thrust, this is only the top range of motion. Option to set up with dumbbells, on the smith machine, or get started with body weight before working up to using a barbell. 3. RDL’s An rdl is pretty much like a standing glute bridge. Hinge your hips back and feel a good stretch in your glutes then rise through center. 4. Kickbacks Find a cable machine to get started and kickback at. 45 degree angle.
