Growing up, I spent years try… more kissyfitness9 For so long, I hated my legs. 😢 like so bad! They were bigger than the others, and I was teased for them as a child. Growing up, I spent years trying to shrink them, hide them, and wishing they were different. But what I didn’t realize at the time was that these “big legs” were the very things that would make me strong. Fast forward to today, and I’m proud of every inch of them. I don’t hide them. I wear shorts because I’ve learned to love what they represent: strength, power, and resilience. I no longer look in the mirror and wish they were smaller—I look and feel grateful for the hard work they’ve carried me through. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, and it wasn’t easy, but I’m here today embracing what I once tried to hide. I’m no longer focusing on changing my body to fit someone else’s idea of beauty. I’m focused on building strength, building confidence, and loving my body for everything it allows me to do. You don’t have to be perfect to love yourself. It’s about finding peace with who you are right now, while still working towards the best version of yourself.🏃♀️🫶 It’s okay to love your body while wanting something fitter, stronger, leaner, more toned!
