Caption: I have over 80 dogs in My kennels and one to two being brought almost daily these babies get here and don’t understand why .. yes some come from ppl that had no… more I have over 80 dogs in My kennels and one to two being brought almost daily these babies get here and don’t understand why .. yes some come from ppl that had no other choice and or the cops bring strays in but that’s few and far between .. most come in because the person that thought they “needed” a dog just can’t handle it anymore , or it’s too much and I’m tired of it .. it’s sad and heartbreaking when that baby will try its hardest not to walk out in to that and I or one of my employees have to carry it back there .. sadly some adjust but others never do .. regardless when they come through those doors they are now mine and I love them just like they were in my home with all my other dogs . I’ve seen some horrible stuff and some ppl should be ashamed . This is one of the most hardest (mentally speaking) yet rewarding jobs I’ve ever had and wouldn’t change it for anything because I know at the end of the day these babies are taken care of fed ,cleaned and loved . So next time before you get a dog or a cat for that matter think long and hard first because that’s a life long choice .. and if your wanting a dog or cat adopt don’t shop !
