Caption: MONDAY: Lower - Quads & Glutes & 30 mins on the bike TUESDAY: Full Body & Interval Block Run WEDNESDAY: Hyrox/Conditioning work THURSDAY: Rest FRIDAY: Lower - G⦠more MONDAY: Lower - Quads & Glutes & 30 mins on the bike TUESDAY: Full Body & Interval Block Run WEDNESDAY: Hyrox/Conditioning work THURSDAY: Rest FRIDAY: Lower - Glutes & Hams SATURDAY: Long Run (anywhere between 10-20k) SUNDAY: S&C focused session with some erg work or Active Rest (if my recovery is poor that week or l've done a longer run) This is just what has worked for me & will be manipulated based on event timelines- shifting the focus to where needs priority etc. ⢠In an ideal world I'd do more double session days to get more Hyrox/conditioning work in, but reality is I just don't have the time to do that everyday š„² If I feel I need to add in another session or as races get closer I will either: drop a lower session, drop a rest day or add in a 15/20 min finisher to the end of a session š«š«ā½ļø #Fitness #hyrox #Running #gym #workoutsplit less
