My entire life was based around building myself up on social media; to have it be my full-time income, everything I went viral on became my identity, it was a place for me to express all that I am, and it was a tool I used for status and fame. With 30s around the corner, I no longer wish to pursue content the same way my younger 20s self did. Instead, I want to spend my time and energy on building my life with my wife more than anything; to lead a household and keep everyone in it safe; and to nurture and care for the rest of our families. Perhaps with content I just want to share more depth. More real life lessons. More growth. Because what is the point of social media if we’re not truly connecting with each other in that way? less
