What if the root cause of your patterns is still buried under years of unmet needs, unspoken pain, or beliefs you didn’t even consciously choose? Without an awareness of where the self-sabotage is coming internally, all those “tools” are going to be much less effective when it comes to creating lasting change and healing. Self-sabotage isn’t something you choose or that just randomly appears. It’s your nervous system protecting you based on a belief that was born in a moment of trauma. (Think about not just what happened, but what ✨didn’t✨) This is why mindset work alone doesn’t stick. You can know you’re worthy… and still freeze when it’s time to act.
