Caption: I used to be terrified of “doing things the wrong way” untilI rewired my relationship with myself I remember the moment I knew I was tiktok famous…in every room… more I used to be terrified of “doing things the wrong way” untilI rewired my relationship with myself I remember the moment I knew I was tiktok famous…in every room I entered (family, friends, peers, events) I was met with so many “omg teach me how to shuffle!!” “I love your shuffle videos” “your videos changed my life!” “How’s it feel being famous?” And thennnn…it sort of became uncomfortable…I was being seen, treated and spoken to differently…and, over time, I felt my bright excited soul begin to feel tightness in my chest and smallness began to creep over me until it eventually overshadowed my craving to create content or start new endeavors I didn’t know it at the time but my inner parent was punishing my inner child while my hypervigilance was on overdrive — constantly scanning for threats, exhausting my body and creating so much pressure to be perfect until I spiraled myself into self-blame with “I could’ve treated this better —- I should’ve said this —- ughh why did I do that” The truth ?? My body did not know how to hold my big dreams because I never learned how!!! But now…NOW…it gets to be different. You see if you consider yourself to be a radical, an artist, a fairy magical healer who gets praised for being so wise and an incredible teacher but grew up hyper-independent and “on edge”…you know what it’s like to say YES to your big vision and then feel paralyzed at the thought of setting the date, planning out the year, or taking that first step etc. I SEE YOU SIS It’s time to stop feeling like you have to push through because I promise you…it has nothing to do with your work ethic… Your body just needs help catching up Your nervous system needs recoding Your beliefs need updating So that you can finally feel relaxed, joyful and excited about your vision WHILE living it Your warmth, softness and inner child play can come fully online and THAT is the source of where you create your art/ideas/projects I am here to guide you there COMMENT “creative” and I’ll send you a DM so we can dive deeper into your next evolvement and how I can best support you! 💖 #lisbonportugal🇵🇹 less
