This year we: 💜Taught hundreds of gymnasts how to fuel for performance 💜Presented to teams at club gyms nationwide 💜Traveled to gymnastics camps across the country 💜Ran confidence building gymnastics clinics 💜Partnered with national judges, NCAA gymnasts and Olympians 💜Grew our nutrition team with 2 dietitians & 3 sports nutrition interns 💜Became the nutrition team for UW–Stout college Gymnastics team 2026 = expansion, more clinics, more fueled gymnasts.
