Two things I love making: these plantain cups/boats filled with steak, topped with pico de gallo & guacamole, and NY style chopped cheese sliders. They're easy to make, and the perfect finger food. I used shoulder steak -Seasoned w/ a tsp of All purpose seasoning, onion & garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
