Half pyramid session starting at 500m/ 50 reps below β¬οΈ RUN 500,400,300,200,100m SKI ERG 500,400,300,200,100m BURPEES / SB WALKING LUNGES 50,40,30,20,10 SLED PUSH 5,4,3,2,1 lengths (YGIG format, 1 length each on final round) ASSAULT BIKE 15,14,13,12,10 kcals WALL BALLS 50,40,30,20,10 Aim is to hold or increase pace on run, ski,bike throughout & go unbroken on all other reps.
