This way you won't be stiff. ☑️ Cardio/conditioning - Training to improve your cardiovascular system, so you don't get out of breath easily. Not just to burn calories. ☑️ Speed/Power/Explosiveness - Being able to move fast and be powerful..Jumping/running/throwing/hopping...etc. We lose this first as we age. 💪 Building muscle and being strong is still important, but don't have it be your only fitness goal. less
