These healthy mini buns are packed with protein and perfect for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or an easy meal prep snack. BUNS: 120 grams Greek yogurt 60 grams flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, plus more for sprinkling on top 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 100 grams Blueberries GLAZE: 1 tablespoon protein powder 1 tablespoon milk RECIPE: 1. In a bowl mix together everything but the blueberries and glaze ingredients. 2. Use 2 spoons to make dough balls in an oven proof dish. 3. Fill with blueberries and sprinkle with granulated sweetener. 4. Bake or air fry for approximately 20 minutes at 350F. 5. While it bakes, prep the glaze by mixing together the milk and protein powder until it forms a smooth consistency with no clumps. 6.
