INGREDIENTS: 2 ripe Hass Avocados 2 teaspoons lime juice 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro 1/4 cup diced red onion 1/2 jalapeño (with seeds), diced 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, adjusted to taste RECIPE: 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. 2. Add the lime juice, cilantro, red onion, diced jalapeño, and kosher salt to the bowl. 3.
