However, consistent meals that digest well, hit your macros, whole food based & that you enjoy is where progress is made! • Normally I'd have my oat bowl first for M1 but running first thing on a bigger meal is a straight no for me • Normally I'd have 0% Greek yoghurt, frozen raspberries & peanut butter but I switched it up this day because I've recently become obsessed with ninja creamis and they are a very good meal swap for this meal & can macro match Ensuring I'm consuming enough fats during a deficit is so important as someone who hasn't previously & had it affect my hormones, energy levels etc - I know first hand the effect it has & definitely won't be letting that happen again!
