While you can achieve results in a sh… more March 10th 2025 vs March 10th 2026 Too often we rush into our goals. Looking for the "hack" to find the quickest results. While you can achieve results in a short period, more often than not, the means to do so can often be unsustainable. Small habits that you can fit into your day to day will get you there. But your lack of patience is setting you back. Let it take time, enjoy the process. While I'm not where I would like to be yet, I've had to learn a lot along the way. I've had to learn to understand that the physique I am looking for may be heavier than it was previously, so my success isn't measured purely on whether or not my weight starts with a 6 or a 7. Last March my weight had reached the highest it had been in years. Given my own spine condition and the potential that excess weight could exacerbate it, plus I was feeling uncomfortable in myself, I knew I needed to change. It's not been smooth sailing, I've had plenty of blips along the way. Being a parent, running my own business, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, I've had to navigate these factors of my life.
