Peanut Sauce Ingredients: 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup hoisin sauce, 1/4-1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1oz minced shallots, 2 tbsps palm sugar or 1 1/2 tbsps brown sugar. Instructions: In sauce pan heat oil on low and add shallots and garlic. Cook for a few minutes and add sugar, 1/4 water and rice vinegar. Mix and then add peanut butter and hoisin. Mix until and turn off heat. Gradually pour in milk a little bit at a time until reaching desired consistency. #vietnamesespringroll #peanutsauce #springroll less
