The other afternoon, loving the rain felt wrong, as just days before black rain fell in Iran due to US-Israeli strikes on Iranian oil facilities, releasing massive amounts toxic particles into the atmosphere that were then pulled down by the rainfall. This rainfall was acidic, causing skin burns and irritation. Pollutants and climate disasters don’t care about geography, class, or status. This war is impacting millions of innocent people, and coupled with environmental damage, will continue to impact them for decades to come. #rain #iran #blackrain less
