Honestly, I thought it was a total pain and just not worth the effort. At 41, that changed. With the help of ChatGPT (yes… my $30/month “assistant” 😅), I found a way to track my macros that actually felt simple — and I started seeing results I had NEVER seen before. I commit to working out just 3–4 days a week for about 30 minutes, and for the first time in my life, I feel like I’m getting the biggest bang for my time and effort. My husband saw how much this was working for me and said, “Why don’t we build something that makes this easy for everyone?” So… he did. This is the first version of our app — built for people like me: ✔️ Busy ✔️ Don’t want to obsess over food ✔️ Still want real results ✔️ Still want to enjoy life (yes, that includes margaritas, chips, and guac 🥑) Since October, I’ve lost 5% body fat, gained muscle, and honestly feel better than I EVER have — even after two babies — all without cutting out dinners, drinks, or real life. The biggest shift? I finally understand what my body actually needs. Especially the protein aspect! And now, some days, I don’t even need to track… because I just know. And just to say — if you’re new to working out or nutrition, it’s always smart to be safe: consider working with a trainer and checking with your doctor to make sure you’re good to go for your body. If you are working with a trainer, this is a great additional tool to make things easy!
