Mustard’s in Culver City makes a bagel like this and I wanted it so bad! First saw @Foodbeast post about it and I attempted to recreate it 😜 I made the cucumbers with: 4 to 5 Persian cucumbers, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1½ tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 to 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and 1 to 2 teaspoons chili oil I threw this on a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese that I mixed a little miso in. Mustard’s does have a lemon vinaigrette they put on top which I didn’t have. I have made this 3x already it is that good. #cucumberbagel #dintaifung less
