When I started losing weight again, I put a lot of pressure on myself to get back to the weight I was back in 2024 prior to the gain. However, since July 2024, I've completed several hundred training sessions. Pushing hard. Pushing my cardio more. Over this cut I've been doing for this shoot, I've learnt to become comfortable with not setting a particular weight for myself. Especially pushing myself to try and get to my pre-gain. Over that time I've definitely put on more muscle mass. So that prior weight may not even look good (in my own opinion) on me now. I'm heavier now than I was back then, but I currently feel great in the physique I have. I'm stronger. My cardiovascular performance is better. My sleep is better. My views on food are better. My health markers point more to those of an athletic person. Health and fitness doesn't have a set look, as much as those on social media would have you believe. As long as you are happy and content in your body and treating your body as well as you are able, that's all that matters. I'm looking forward to maintaining this look and entering my next phase of recomp. It's less glamorous progress wise than a cut, but I'm so excited to see the performance changes in me 🤌🏻 #personaltrainer #onlinecoach #gymgirlie #womenscoach less
