Go he… more Want to run and lift heavy? Here are some tips: ✅When lifting close to long run, it’s better to lift AFTER than before. ✅Lifting the day before a big run? Go heavy but low on volume - think 2-4 working sets of 2-5 reps, leaving 2-3 reps in the tank vs going to failure. ✅Stacking the run and lift on the same day? Try to wait at least 6 hours after the run before the strength sessions AND keep the next day easy. ✅The secret weapon to lifting and running is of course CONSISTENCY. The more regularly you run and lift, the more your body gets used to it and thus recovers faster. What do you think?
