Only thing you need is a set of dumbbells and a good attitude 😉 Circuit 1: 3x through total DB swings- 15 reps Reverse lunge + press- 12 reps Sumo squat + RDL- 12 reps Inchworms w/ push up- 15 reps Circuit 2: 3x through total Squat + bicep curl- 12 reps Burpees- 15 reps Skaters- 20 reps Glute bridge + chest press- 12 reps Turkish get ups- 8 each side Finish off with 1 minute high knees for a boost of energy! #dbonlyworkout less
