So delicious, slightly floral, and light. (I also hear great things about their sake flight!) I LOVE shiso so much, and I hardly ever see it on menus in KC. Come to find out, their shiso is locally & and especially grown here for them! Anjin offers counter-style, intimate setting of just 20 seats, so reservations are a must.
