Palmini fried in a dry pan until it actually has texture (because I refuse to eat soggy sadness), tossed with cabbage, soy sauce, a little sesame oil, and Thai chili tuna. Then I threw a fried egg and chili oil on top like I did something. Low carb doesn’t have to be boring… you just have to follow my rules. Recipe: 1. Rinse Palmini really well and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. 2. Add it to a hot pan with NOTHING else. No oil. No butter. Just trust. 3. Let it cook undisturbed until the edges start browning and getting slightly crispy. 4. Add in a handful of coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and toss. 5. Add a little soy sauce—just enough to coat, not soak—and let it cook until everything gets a little color. 6. Drizzle in a small amount of sesame oil and stir. 7. Add in Thai chili tuna and toss just to heat through. 8. Plate it and top with a fried egg, green onions, and chili flakes or chili oil. #lomein #lowcarb #eatpalmini #palminikitchen #Recipe less
