Big or small the moment you decide to do something different, something shifts around you. The people you thought would be your biggest supporters… sometimes they’re the first ones to go quiet. Think about it for a second. Who came to mind when you read that? 👀 Because it’s never really strangers. It’s the person at the family dinner. The friend you’ve had for years. The one who always has a “just being honest” comment ready. And it stings. It really does. But here’s what I’ve learned it’s not about you. When you start over, you hold up a mirror to the people around you. And not everyone is ready to look at their own reflection. The ones who don’t know you yet though? They show up. They root for you.
