It’s 10-QT’s so you can prep your food for the ENTIRE WEEK in just a few hours with it. Plus it’s non-toxic so I feel good about making it for the whole family. Check out the link in my bio to get one 🙌 What you need: 4 lbs chuck roast 32 oz broccoli 2 cups beef broth 1 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos) 1/2 cups SF brown sweetener (or honey) 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp ginger powder How to make it: 1. Combine all ingredients except your broccoli in the slow cooker & cook on low for 2-3 hours. 2. Add your broccoli and stir together. Let cook another 30 mins. 3. Serve topped with sesame seeds and put the rest in meal prep containers. It should make 8 meals total 👍 Macros per serving: (recipe makes 8) Calories: 525 Protein: 49g Total carbs: 9g Fat: 34g less
