It’s called: “Quick, Simple, Care Free” and you can get it on Amazon ❤️ What you need: 4 low carb tortillas 2 lbs ground beef, cooked 1 jar marinara sauce 16 oz cottage cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella How to make it: 1. In a large baking dish, layer your meat, marinara, cottage cheese, mozzarella and 2 tortillas two times. 2. Then top it with more marinara and mozzarella. Bake @ 375F for 40 mins with foil on top. 3. Remove the foil and cook another 5-10 mins. Take it out & enjoy! Pro tip: You can also replace the tortillas with zucchini, cabbage or any veggie you like! less
