Creamy, tangy, loaded with all the good stuff, and yes I was HEAVY with the pepperoncini juice because I have taste. Don’t even start with me about it. This is one of those “just one scoop” situations that turns into standing at the fridge with a fork minding your business. Also before anyone says anything it’s not drowning in sugar like some of these store bought dressings so relax. Anyway… here’s what I did: Boil your pasta (I used Carbe Diem) till al dente, drain and cool. For the dressing: 1 packet ranch seasoning ¾ cup mayo ½ cup sour cream A very generous pour of pepperoncini juice 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil Garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper Blend it up so it’s smooth and actually coats everything. To the pasta add: Mini cucumbers Cherry tomatoes Diced purple onion (yes PURPLE) Black olives Red bell pepper Salami Pepperoni Bacon Colby jack cheese Toss it all together, then hit it with a little extra pepperoncini juice at the end because we’re not cowards.
