I always get told: “You’re young! you’ll change your mind in the future?” “Who’s going to take care of you when you’re older?” “Why do you always talk about being childfree? It’s like you make it your whole personality” Instead of supporting my decision I’m constantly being asked to explain myself and made to feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about. It’s frustrating to say the least. Having kids is a choice.
