A remembering that the body doesn’t need more doing , it doesn’t need fixing — it needs more listening. And its starts with your fascia . Fascia — the living, sensing web that weaves through the entire body, holding everything, connecting everything. It’s not just structure… it’s communication. It’s memory. It’s sensation. In my somasensing somatic movement practice this is where we listen from. Because fascia is where our experiences land — where stress, emotion, patterning and protection are held… and where they can begin to shift. When I slow down enough to sense , to soften, to be in relationship with my body instead of trying to fix it — I’m speaking directly to this system. This is why it’s at the heart of healing for me. Not because I’m doing more, but because I’m finally able to hear what’s already there. This inner wisdom . Through quiet , nurturing , noticing , pausing , gentle movement, allowing , nature… my fascia begins to hydrate, to soften, to reorganise to restore . Energy returns. Clarity opens. My system feels safe enough to expand again. Because true restoration doesn’t come from adding more… It comes from sensing more. This way of being has changed how I live, how I move, how I meet myself.
