If you ever want to run a business, you want to make sure you can run your own life P/L first! 2️⃣ You save at least 15% of your income. With Americans only saving about 4-5% of their income, if you can 2x or 3x that rate, you can not only save for a comfortable retirement, you are actually doing very well. 3️⃣ You track your net worth. That’s simply represented as: Assets - Liabilities = Net Worth.
