RECIPE: 4 cups water 4 tsp Kashmiri tea leaves (or green tea) 1 small cinnamon stick 6 green cardamom 1/8 teaspoon baking soda ½ cup ice cubes 1–1.5 cups whole milk 1–2 tsp sugar (to taste) - Boil water, tea leaves, cardamom and cinnamon for 10 minutes. - Add baking soda - Add ice cubes to shock it and let it melt. Simmer and aerate for 30 minutes. Use a ladle to scoop the tea and pour it back into the pot, repeat until it turns pink (never turned pink for me😆) - Slowly add milk and simmer for another 5 mins #kashmiri #pinktea #tea #chai #foodtiktok less
