The manager was unhelpful, and the regional supervisor was no better. They mishandled my account so badly that my belongings were nearly removed without my authorization. I never gave permission for anyone to access or interfere with my unit, yet it still happened. To make things worse, I received multiple conflicting explanations from different staff members—at least 10 different stories from five different people. That level of inconsistency is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization and accountability. This experience raised major concerns about how they handle customers’ property and information. I would strongly recommend staying away from this facility if you value the safety and security of your stuff. #bad #bump #beware #badnews #wtf less
