(Im being very sarcastic 😅) I like making jokes, this self help stuff can get so over serious sometimes. That being said if there was a formula to measure authenticity, your awareness of the sensations in your sacral center would be one of the key metrics. There are two ways in which the sacral center operates. A defined sacral is consistent and reliable. For generators and manifesting generators, this sensation is your North Star. Follow it to satisfaction or ignore it and suffer frustration. An undefined sacral is receptive and amplifying. For projectors, manifestors, and reflectors, this sensation is usually telling you more about the world around you than the world inside you. Become aware of it so that you don’t unintentionally make a decision that actually conflicts with your own inner authority. Regardless of the definition in your sacral, familiarizing yourself with these sacral sounds can only make you a more authentic and awakened human.
