Beef + turkey, herbs, a little tang…pan-crusted, oven-finished, stupid good. And the yogurt? Don’t skip it unless you hate joy. Save this. You’ll make it on repeat. ⸻ Meat Filling * 1 lb ground beef * 1 lb ground turkey * 1 medium onion, grated * 1 tbsp smoked paprika * 1 tbsp cumin * 2 tsp salt * 2 tsp black pepper * ¼ cup chopped parsley * ~4 tbsp fresh dill, chopped * splash of pickle juice * pita breads Instructions 1. Mix everything (except pitas) until combined. 2. Cut pitas in half, stuff, and press flat. 3. Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium-high. 4. Cook meat side down until deeply crispy. 5. Flip, lightly brown the pita side. 6.
