She said she had been doing her own research on Jumps and saw all the physical benefits… but the one that stuck with her most? Happiness. She said every single time she leaves class, she feels happy. And today, she turned that feeling into something tangible by bringing mini “happy” keychains for everyone in class. It was simple. It was thoughtful. And it was such a perfect reminder of what this community is really about. Yes, we’re here to sweat. Yes, we’re here to push. But more than anything… we’re here to feel GOOD when we walk out those doors.
