Using an electric mixer, mix your egg white powder and water until still peaks form. (It takes a few minutes) 2. Then fold in the chocolate chips & pour it in a parchment lined greased loaf pan. Add a few more chocolate chips. 3. Bake it for 25-35 minutes at 350F. Take it out and enjoy! Pro tip: Cook this closer to 35 mins if you can 👍 less
