It’s something our whole family knows intimately…… it’s never been easy, and it’s never been simple. But nine months ago she laced up her shoes on July 4th and decided to bet on herself. With the help of evidence based medications and exercising regularly she has completely changed her life! People has told her her she “shouldn’t run at that size.” She ran anyway. Five 5Ks.
